I've spent 20+ years in talent acquisition, leadership, and organizational strategy — which is a fancy way of saying I know how hiring really works, from the inside.
I've built recruitment teams from the ground up, designed hiring frameworks for multi-hundred-million dollar contracts, trained managers on what actually moves the needle, and helped professionals at every level figure out their next move.
